1. How much do tickets cost?
Regular tickets are $60, plus a $1.25 per ticket Facility Restoration Fee.
2. When are your performances?
The Good Mother:
Mon-Wed @ 7pm, Thurs-Fri @ 8pm, Sat @ 2pm & 8pm,
no Nov. 22nd performance, added performance on Nov. 25th at 3pm
3. If I cannot come to the show, can I exchange my tickets or be refunded?
New Group Subscribers can exchange their tickets at no charge up to 48 hours in advance of the performance by calling the subscriber hotline at 212.244.3380x305. All single tickets and group sales are final with no exchanges or refunds.
4. Do you have student rush tickets?
Yes. Student rush tickets can be purchased in-person, in advance or the day of the performance for $16.25. At that time, the student must present a valid student ID. Students can purchase one student rush ticket per valid student ID. Cash and credit accepted.
5. Do you have a lost and found?
Yes. Please call the Theatre Row at 212.714.2442 and check with the stage door staff to see if anything has been turned in.
6. What happens in the event of inclement weather?
Time permitting, we will notify all of our patrons via phone if we must cancel a show due to inclement weather. Since weather conditions can change drastically throughout the day, The New Group recommends that patrons call the business office at 212.244.3380 or Theatre Row at 212.714.2442 just before leaving their home to come to the theater, for any last-minute updates.
7. Do you have shows for children?
No, most shows at The New Group are intended for children 14 and older because of the adult content.
8. If I lost my ticket could I still come see the show?
Yes. Simply arrive at least an hour before the performance and the Theatre Row Box Office staff will reprint you the ticket.
9. How should I dress for The New Group?
Semi-casual or neat casual.
10. Can I bring my camera?
Pictures are NOT permitted inside the theater or of the performance you are seeing.
11. How do I sign up to become a New Group Usher?
